Lindsey Pope, MS, LPC Associate, CRC

Counselor (supervised by Melissa Gaa, PhD, LPC-S)

Hello, I’m Lindsey Pope, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (TX #99305) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I am passionate about helping people find clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope as they face life’s challenges. I work with teens and adults age 16 and older, supporting individuals dealing with substance use disorders, process addictions, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, life transitions, body image and self-esteem challenges, among other personal matters. My experience also includes working with diverse populations and individuals with disabilities.

My counseling style is collaborative and empowering. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique story, and working together to build on your strengths. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel genuinely heard. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and integrative, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you’re seeking guidance on a specific concern or aspiring for personal growth, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I understand that reaching out for help can be a significant step. My own experiences with adversity and personal challenges have led me to the helping profession, reinforcing my belief in the transformative power of therapy. I am dedicated to helping you feel respected, understood, and supported throughout your journey, and I’m here to walk with you as you move toward healing and self-discovery.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my spouse and dog, traveling, cooking, and trying new foods with family and friends. Fun fact: My dog is bilingual, and I could eat Tex-Mex every day.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. My session rate is $125, and I accept Aetna and Cigna insurance. If you’re ready to take the next step, please don't hesitate to reach out.
